Messaged Yuhao Facebook online interested in a vehicle he posted. He completely lied on his ad, the vehicle had been in an accident but said it hadn't. Was a big waste of my time to test drive and then left me a bad review on Facebook saying I was joyriding or something haha. Super professional, not! Makes me not trust this dealership at all if salesman behave like that .

My truck was having issues, called around but no one had time or space for me Called Southbank and spoke to RJ, brought the truck to them with no promises made other than check it out. RJ had the truck fixed that afternoon. They are now my Ottawa dealer if I ever have a truck issue in Ottawa again. Cannot say enough about this crew. Thanks again RJ
