As usual RJ Brand in service is the consummate professional! Had my Durango serviced and ready as promised and that the work performed met the highest standard! The service coordinator, Madeline O'Neil ensured that everything was completed as requested and the billing was accurate.
3 times I went to this dealership & 3 times I left unhappy over the past 5 years. The sales rep I had was incredible but the used car manager was surprisingly ignorant & low balled me based on “what the auction” is telling me. I went to the dealership NEXT door I got offered $3,500 more in 10mins. Only reason it gets 2 starts because the sales rep was awesome. Offers insulting.
