Worst dealership, avoid at all cost. They make a mistake, refuse to make it right. An appointment isn’t really an appointment with them, it seems to only be a suggestion. Super disorganized. Management doesn’t even handle complaints. I went to Southbank this morning @10:00am for them to clean my car I waited 5 hours for my vehicle until I decided to walk back to the place and my car was sitting in the front of place no call or text to say it was ready so I left the place to get home and realize my vehicle is still dirty and the mats where still soaked wet so I call them to tell them what was going on they told me to come back I’m driving from Barrhaven to get there for the manager to tell that that mats should of been put in the truck so they could dry I... read more

I brought my car to this dealership over two weeks ago because it would not start and had to be towed in. During that time, no diagnosis was performed and I received very little follow up outside of me calling for updates myself. The consistent response I received was that the shop was busy.
