If i could leave 0 stars I would. To make a long story short, we had an appointment at the dealership for a second test drive on a vehicle only to be informed that they sold it the evening prior. This was after multiple conversations with the sales rep earlier the previous day. A total waste of time and gas and terrible service from the initial test drive with little knowledge of the vehicle and no preparation whatsoever. Deplorable internal and external communication and even worse customer service.

I’m a big fan of Dodge we currently own three Dodge vehicles: a Ram truck, a Jeep Wrangler, and a Dodge Grand Caravan. Since our kids have outgrown the van, we went to three different Dodge dealerships to see what kind of offers we could get. Unfortunately, this dealership gave us by far the lowest offer. Even though the representative initially said he could get us a certain deal, after “checking with his manager” and learning how much was left to pay on the vehicle, he came back with one of the poorest offers possible.
