Southbank was very efficient, caring and professional providing day procedures in-theatre for my disabled daughter. My daughter went in last week (early June) for multiple procedures - dental, orthotic and bloodwork - to be undertaken concurrently under general anaesthesia. She is a young adult, disabled with cerebral palsy, non-verbal, globally delayed and highly anxious about medical procedures. My daughter had dental surgery at Southbank. The staff were incredible! I felt extremely confident and comfortable leaving my girl in their capable hands!

My care was wonderful, but it would have been helpful to be told about admitting my online before we got to the crowded reception desk. The staff were so kind and thoughtful

As a family member of an uninsured patient paying in full pre-procedure, it is expected that the hospital stay invoice should be provided to the patient and family in a timely fashion。 Especially if it is reasonable that money will be reimbursed due to a change in the procedure. It has been nearly 4 months and despite our efforts，this invoice has still not been provided to us yet and no explanation provided as to its delay.
