Long overdue review however last year I had my 5 year old and 3 year old have their dental surgery here on separate days and my 2 year old just last week and from start to finish my kids and I were treated with care. From the ingoing surgery nurses, to Dr Anthonappa, anaesthesist Dr Fellingham and to the recovery/discharge nurses. I am very happy with the surgery from Dr. Robert and Dr Marlene . Im only disappointed with the nurse Kate I received today at Southbank Day Surgery after my daughter’s dental procedure. My daughter came out around 12:45pm after having 12 crowns done under anaesthetic. She was placed in the paediatric recovery room, which had 3 beds in one room. The entire experience at Southbank was exceptional from start to finish. Every staff member I interacted with was caring, kind and professional. My anaesthetist, Dr Lamb, was so calming and reassuring and made me feel very safe going into the procedure. Thank you to the whole team for your amazing care!
Thank you to everyone who cared for my son yesterday for his dental surgery. With my son being autistic, everyone was really understanding, patient and accommodating. Special shoutout to Dr Mary Hegarty and Dr Rob, both are extremely caring and professional. As well as his recovery nurse (forgot his name, sorry ). Wouldn't hesitate coming back here for future procedures.
