On time and friendly customer service
We arrived early, but despite this, four patients who arrived after us were given beds before we were. While most of the staff have been friendly, helpful, and accommodating, we were disappointed with the attitude and level of service provided by the two Filipina nurses who were assigned to us earlier. We also contacted last month customer service to request a quotation, but unfortunately, the staff member we spoke with was rude and unprofessional. I had dental surgery here yesterday (8th September). I have a major phobia and anxiety of dentist and any dentistry. I found ALL the staff to be extremely kind and caring. The hole process was very organised, well done and I was well looked after. I wanted to give a special thanks to the lady that did most of my admission and took me into theatre, I'm sorry I can't remember her name, party hats might ring a bell! 😄 Her sense of humour was great, it really helped my anxiety alot. Thank you! 😊

My daughter had dental treatment under anaesthesia. The nurses, staff, dentist and anaesthesiologist were amazing. We had a very positive experience. My daughter has some challenges and all were met with kindness and care. Highly recommend this hospital and all the staff, nurses, doctors etc. thank you all again
