While the facilities are decent, my experience has been repeatedly marred by the conduct of a front desk staff member, Bruno. As a regular visitor, I’ve been made to feel uncomfortable and singled out through his dismissive and intimidating behaviour. He’s ignored my requests for help, refused to engage politely, and made passive-aggressive remarks, including loudly claiming not to recognise me despite my frequent visits. I’ve been going to this gym now for over a year. It’s very spacious with plenty of machines, and they have recently added more equipment and lighting (I kind of preferred the darker atmosphere but I am very light sensitive - I think for most people it’s a plus!). The staff are friendly and there is a squash court, plus a chill out/lunch area, and a sauna. The changing rooms and loos are usually very clean. Sauna, steam room, squash courts, gym and great staff. Can’t ask for much more
Can’t think of any other space in this area that’s worth coming to. Gym is awesome, squash courts are great, staff friendly - everything you want in a gym.
