Can’t recommend Southampton Windscreens highly enough. Dropped them a very last minute late message through their Facebook account and had a reply within minutes saying to bring car in to them in the morning. Very prompt replies, easy to get hold of and great communication all round. Extremely impressed with the repairs done and my husband even said he has not met anyone this kind and friendly in a very long time - we will be back for sure to get our other windows polished out very soon. "Efficient & Fairly Priced!" I had a problem with a windscreen chemical used in one of the drive through car-washes. My wipers were leaving a film when in use. Steve at "Southampton Windscreens," knew exactly what the problem was and how to restore the windscreen. I am very happy and would certainly recommend him for any problem you might have with your windscreen.
Steve was very friendly, he provided a good, honest service and got the job done very quickly. Very happy with my experience with this company.
Great service, very responsive from taking my first call to being available to give me directions as my Sat nav took me somewhere else and I’m not familiar with the area. Mid range reasonable price and available to fit windscreen the next day compared to other companies who quoted a wk wait. Steve was a genuine guy all done in 30mins and a bonus he cleared wiper spray jets. Very satisfied would recommend this service.
This place is an absolute joke! I had an appointment at Southampton Windscreens at 09:30 and arrived on time, only to find the unit locked with no one in sight. I called Steve repeatedly with no answer. Eventually, I got a text saying he was delayed by 30 minutes because he was stuck on another job.
