The doctor never examined me. I came in and complained of symptoms aligned with Covid. The Covid test came back negative and he dismissed me without ever checking me. I woke up this morning with a positive test. He never even suggested that I take another test. Never examined me, never spoke to me, and had his nurse give the test and give me the results.
We were visiting Southampton on vacation and came in to get our son’s staples removed (he cut his head a week ago before our trip and had staples). The clinic took us immediately with zero wait, we saw the very kind and professional doctor himself, and were out the door in less than 5 minutes. Couldn’t have had a better experience!
I showed up for a small ear thing and the staff was super nice, took me in right away, and out the door in less than five minutes. I didn't feel like my time was wasted and for what I went in for he knew exactly what was going on. I was recommended here by somebody else who has had two positive experiences here. I'm in between insurances, new to the area, and I didn't feel like I was overcharged for the services.
I arrived approximately 5-10minutes before closing yesterday in tears with blood all over my face after being in an accident and sustaining a facial injury. Much to our dismay, the receptionist refused to acknowledge us, and a nurse walked to the door just to make sure it was locked. Despite the urgency of the situation, the nurse refused to provide even basic first aid or an explanation as to why I couldn't be seen. After telling me that they would see my son for an xray, the receptionist refused to see us when we arrived 20 minutes before closing. We were happy to pay out of pocket and they also refused to give us a price. Absolutely avoid this place!
