Lived here for 4+ years. Purchased in 2019 and had no issues with my unit or building. Significant headaches with HOA. The property manager is extremely professional but is handcuffed by idiotic policies. Board continues to implement more and more rules and passes cost on to future owners.
Trash management. Complete clown show.
You would be hard pressed to find another condo complex with these amenities and reasonably priced homes
