I brought our dog Sophie to the Southampton Pet Hospital for a general check-up. The staff were great and Dr. Hendry was patient with our little 6 year old. The check up was very thorough. I received follow-up info. from the clinic, which was also appreciated.
Communication is good and staff is always friendly.
Love the staff here. Always friendly, slow to approach my little dog to help her feel more comfortable. Very caring when dealing with sick or injured animals. Quick to help if you need advise.
We had a good experience recently. My dog had to have surgery. Communication was great and all details explained thoroughly.
I have always had a wonderful experience with both the staff and medical team at Southampton pet hospital. They are a very caring towards my pets. My dog is shy, they as a team have a good way to make him feel comfortable. Thank you so much for being so kind and understanding.
