Always greeted in a friendly manner. Wait never takes long. Nurses and doctors take their time with each patient and are always caring and helpful. Definitely recommend bringing your children here for the best care!
One of the receptionists at the Southampton location is almost always extremely rude on the phone when I call to set an appointment for my kids. We have been going here for almost 6 years and the past 4 ish years have been pretty bad with scheduling. There are a handful doctors who are amazing at this practice. But the overall experience is less than ideal, since the receptionist is so condescending. When I tried to set an appointment for two of my kids at once, I was met with an unkind tone and harshness. Dr Gottlieb was our pediatrician for my son Brian Landy . He is excellent!!! So compationate and put not only Brian at ease with his humor and sincerity,but also has a unique way to confort us adults .Brian wanted to keep him as his Dr forever but eventually he had to break the news that my son aged out of pediatrics.he was there in Southampton hospital when Brian was born with kidney failure and he did tough job of sticking him for blood work ...I don't know who felt werse ...me ? ..Dr Gottlieb ..or Brian .
