Absolute terrible experience as I came in for extremely high blood pressure & a past heart condition. They ignored me for hours and didn't monitor my blood pressure, but claimed that it was normal. The doctor wouldnt even make eye contact with me when saying my results. The doctor came in and told me everything was normal when according to my chart there was many abnormal results. The doctor also didn't know how to put a blood pressure cuff on nor how to start the machine. The doctor also ran a drug screening on me for no re... read more

I had blood work done at Bon Secours Southampton, today. Rikita was awesome! My veins are hard to find and roll, she took my blood with no pain, bruise or problem. Thank you!
Since being purchased by Bon Secour, this hospital has done a 180° change! The staff is so much more efficient & have taken Excellent care of my mother. (She is admitted on a regular basis.) By far I feel so much better bringing her & my other family members to this location! Thank You for making this such a better hospital.
