I was referred by my Dr for a bone scan. I spoke with a gentleman for my appointment and arrived on the scheduled day. Upon arrival my orders and paperwork could not be found in the office. After waiting an hour while the lady in the office called the employee we were told we could pay it n full for the procedure because they didn't do insurance precertification they require.
