Trish and the Genesis the receptionists was awesome!!!
In my last three visits, over a period of five months, this lab has lost my test results twice! A friend, who had five vials of blood taken recently, also had to return because his samples were lost. I don't know what's going on over there, but this is unacceptable.
Lab service is fast and efficient. However, on nearly ever occasion I have been there they have failed to fax the results to the physician who ordered the labs even though I ALWAYS confirm that they will do so. This creates unnecessary delays in treatment.
