good staff and phlebotomists. However, on every occasion, several over the past few years, the reports do not go to the ordering physician as requested, especially if there are two causing delays and searching for the lab reports on the Southampton portal.
Karen and Michele at this facility were amazing today. My almost 2 year old son hurt his leg at the playground and they squeezed us in for immediate X-rays after the pediatrician next door referred us. They were SO accommodating and friendly. Not only did they shower my son with kindness and sweetness, they reassured a worried mother and father. They also went above and beyond and provided me tissues when I was crying. This place is a RIP OFF!!! They insurance code the lab work as if it was done as in-patient in the hospital. Simple tests which should have cost me less than $100 cost me more than $1500 and there was nothing I could do. I was in the middle of care and got caught TWICE before I noticed it!!!! I complained to Southampton Hospital (their owners) and my insurance company. Nobody cares. Thousands of my dollars down the drain for nothing but their greed. It should be criminal.
