In my last three visits, over a period of five months, this lab has lost my test results twice! A friend, who had five vials of blood taken recently, also had to return because his samples were lost. I don't know what's going on over there, but this is unacceptable.

Lab service is fast and efficient. However, on nearly ever occasion I have been there they have failed to fax the results to the physician who ordered the labs even though I ALWAYS confirm that they will do so. This creates unnecessary delays in treatment.

Rude and incompetent staff. I use this lab all the time as it's the only game in town. The staff is rude on the phone and in person. They don't know the proper procedure for collecting samples for tests. I even questioned this once for a test I do often and they got defensive with me but still proceeded in their ignorance so that tests were canceled. good staff and phlebotomists. However, on every occasion, several over the past few years, the reports do not go to the ordering physician as requested, especially if there are two causing delays and searching for the lab reports on the Southampton portal.
