Ok, coffee machine didn't work. Waiting time could be around 3-4 hours. But toilets were clean and equipped as they should. Enough chairs for the waiting time which is good. Snacks machine for a quick bite with a short distance to the shops where they are located at hospital's entrance.

Go anywhere else but this A & E if you can! Got completely ignored with an internal bleeding (potentially life threatening admitted by nurses there). I was left in the inside waiting room for 8 hours without anyone checking in/explaining the long wait to me. Staff was lying to other patients - kept saying only 4 other patients before their turn to everyone from 5pm to midnight. I've had enough at midnight and asked for a discharge form (they've said still 4 patients ahead of me ofc...) and went home to then visit another A&E... read more

went here with an ear infection, although not the quickest(a&e never is) we were moved to a bed within 2 hours and seen within another 2. all solved and sorted thank you:)

Yesterday , me & my daughter were in kids A&E .We were referred by the emergency service (999). We spent the whole day in A&E Ward and night at level E(E1).The staff treated us with great respect especially i would like to mention a young sweet lady named Laura(though she is in this profession from last 1&1/2 years but she is a gem).She asked us for food & coffee.She provided me with a type c charger.Also , she took my daughter on a wheelchair for a scan. Thanks Laura & thanks to all NHS staff 💕
