**Terrible Customer Service and No Willingness to Help** My experience with Southampton Garbage Services was extremely disappointing. I contacted them with a basic question about properly disposing of recyclable cardboard that did not fit inside the recycling bin. I would give no stars if i could. They dont send a regular bill as they should. They will contact your landlord that has nothing to do with your account!! After leaving multiple messages and my contact info.... Multiple times! They never contacted me back and instead came and took my bins. GREAT! They miss my bins half the time anyways. There is NO communication whatsoever unless it's with someone not even associated with your account. Take my advice and don't give yourself the stress of dealing with that lady!

Mandatory Twp. Requirement for trash removal. Service is terrible. 3 rd time weekly service has not been provided. Called in to complain and told they will get you next week.

Love to send overdue bill notices without ever having sent an initial bill. They are EXTREMELY picky about what they will take and a bad habit of leaving half the contents still in the bin after collection.
