Was really anxious about using a valet parking company. Although I only drive a 10 year old car, I'm really particular over it. I used Southampton Cruise Parking Services as I wanted my car to be kept out of the elements and secure while I was away. The initial drop off was easy, there was transport waiting to take us straight to the cruise terminal. Used Southampton Cruise parking via our cruise booking agent, very happy with the service provided. I was to late to book valet Parking and this was just as good. Pulled up and easily transferred our luggage to the waiting vehicle that would take us to the terminal. Handed over the keys to my vehicle which was then inspected ( and filmed) for damage. Brilliant service from start to finish. We were a little nervous about trying a new parking company, but everything went without a hitch. Staff were welcoming, the shuttle bus was ready and waiting, and our luggage was loaded for us. After our cruise, we received a message to let us know the driver was on the way, and the pick-up was quick and efficient. It felt like a personal service rather than just being one of many customers. We’ll definitely be using this company again and recommending them to friends

Used this service once and it worked perfectly for me. Both dropping off and picking up the car were fast and smooth. Our cruise returned on a Saturday, which is usually very busy, but the shuttle bus collected us within 20 minutes of leaving the ship. The car was ready to drive away as soon as we arrived at the car park. I’ll definitely use this service again for my next cruise from Southampton.

Good service on the way out. But for the return a wait of over an hour for us and other groups, some of whom faced a long drive home. Not acceptable. The company knows what time the ship disgorges. No excuse. update: our party of four and a number of other groups expressed our disappointment at the wait (we left the ship at 9 and waited until 10.40 to be picked up). The staff were clearly stressed and very rude. In addition the once clean car was covered in bird guano. Not impressed one bit. Sort it out management.
