Brilliant service from start to finish. We were a little nervous about trying a new parking company, but everything went without a hitch. Staff were welcoming, the shuttle bus was ready and waiting, and our luggage was loaded for us. After our cruise, we received a message to let us know the driver was on the way, and the pick-up was quick and efficient. It felt like a personal service rather than just being one of many customers. We’ll definitely be using this company again and recommending them to friends

Good service on the way out. But for the return a wait of over an hour for us and other groups, some of whom faced a long drive home. Not acceptable. The company knows what time the ship disgorges. No excuse. update: our party of four and a number of other groups expressed our disappointment at the wait (we left the ship at 9 and waited until 10.40 to be picked up). The staff were clearly stressed and very rude. In addition the once clean car was covered in bird guano. Not impressed one bit. Sort it out management.

Used this service once and it worked perfectly for me. Both dropping off and picking up the car were fast and smooth. Our cruise returned on a Saturday, which is usually very busy, but the shuttle bus collected us within 20 minutes of leaving the ship. The car was ready to drive away as soon as we arrived at the car park. I’ll definitely use this service again for my next cruise from Southampton.

We used this company for our recent cruise. It was easy to get to, the directions were excellent. We were welcomed on arrival & they took our cases out the car & put in the minibus. They showed us where to wait on our return & we only waited about 5 minutes for them to come. Again they loaded our cases. The car was safe in an enclosed warehouse. It was 5* service & I would highly recommend & definitely use again.

Please be careful with these , you park in a multi storey car park ,with no directions or signing , try calling them and they divert there phone to engaged. On the way back was horrendous, they knew what time we docked , tried calling for over an hour with no response , so had to pay on top for a local taxi , where the driver said that they are renowned for not picking you up. When the private taxi dropped us off there was about 10 people that have been waiting over an hour to get picked up , as no one answered the phon... read more
