Good service on the way out. But for the return a wait of over an hour for us and other groups, some of whom faced a long drive home. Not acceptable. The company knows what time the ship disgorges. No excuse. update: our party of four and a number of other groups expressed our disappointment at the wait (we left the ship at 9 and waited until 10.40 to be picked up). The staff were clearly stressed and very rude. In addition the once clean car was covered in bird guano. Not impressed one bit. Sort it out management.

Couldn’t be happier. The guys were really friendly and chatty, but most importantly super speedy when it came to drop off and pick up. They loaded our bags for us too. You can pay a little extra for your EV to be charged too, which was a massive help for our return journey. Called them when I picked up our suitcases and by the time we’d got outside, we must have been waiting a max of 5 mins. Got to be the most stress-free way of doing cruise parking.

We used this company for our recent cruise. It was easy to get to, the directions were excellent. We were welcomed on arrival & they took our cases out the car & put in the minibus. They showed us where to wait on our return & we only waited about 5 minutes for them to come. Again they loaded our cases. The car was safe in an enclosed warehouse. It was 5* service & I would highly recommend & definitely use again.

We booked through Holiday Extras which was unnecessarily complicated. It kept asking what airport we were parking at. We weren’t! We were parking at a cruise terminal. Thereafter it ran very smoothly. We arrived (although we did get a bit lost on the way) at their office. Someone was there and took photos. A smart people carrier was waiting to take us to the cruise port. Great service when we arrived. They took the cases , all labelled, and we next saw them outside our cabins. They took the car keys and parked the car..ready to be picked up on our return. Very efficient. Of course, there was a wait while queuing but to be expected with the volume of passengers they had.
