We were very impressed by the care and guidance we received when we purchased a light foldable mobility scooter from South Yorkshire Mobility. John made sure we could safely lift it and manipulate it into our car without difficulty as we are both over 80 years. Just bought our first mobility scooter from SYM. We were very impressed with the knowledge and guidance of the owner. He took time to demonstrate different types of scooters and made recommendations based on what we wanted to use it for. He wasn't pushy at all. He folded/unfolded scooters and dismantled/reassembled others so i could see (and try) which options were best suited for me to lift in and out of our car. 10/10 fantastic service provided by Michael and John. I can’t thank them enough for helping me pick and choose a mobility scooter for a chap who had his stolen. I bought the scooter this morning and it was delivered within the hour. I can’t fault these wonderful men. They went far and beyond my expectations. They have a large selection of mobility scooters. The chap who I donated the scooter to, he was over the moon and can’t thank you enough for your excellent service.
