I recently completed a year of Invisalign treatment at this orthodontic clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Thereisa did an amazing job & catered to my requests & the results exceeded my expectations. The entire team was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional throughout the whole process. From start to finish, the care, service & the communication were exceptional. Highly recommend!
Excellent orthodontic services and a lovely team to visit. Came here for a third opinion after seeing a dentist and another specialist orthodontist and was very happy with the care options available, plan we chose and the outcome (which other orthodontists didn’t think was possible). It’s not often I leave one star reviews but when I do it’s because I’m extremely dissatisfied with the experience I have had and have not been able to directly resolve with the business. Unfortunately my experience with SY Orth has not been a good one and I would not recommend. I’ve always found Theresia to be rude, rushed with my appointments and even making a comment about “how ridiculous” it’s getting with people using pronouns on emails. I had severe enamel erosion to my upper teeth making them small and crowded. Orthodontics were required to prepare the teeth to accommodate crowns. Dr Theresia used my facial proportions to plan a whole mouth restoration for the best functional and aesthetic results. The benefits from the orthodontics were as important as the crowns for the best outcome. Thank you South Yarra Orthodontics! 🦷
