It’s not often I leave one star reviews but when I do it’s because I’m extremely dissatisfied with the experience I have had and have not been able to directly resolve with the business. Unfortunately my experience with SY Orth has not been a good one and I would not recommend. I’ve always found Theresia to be rude, rushed with my appointments and even making a comment about “how ridiculous” it’s getting with people using pronouns on emails. I had severe enamel erosion to my upper teeth making them small and crowded. Orthodontics were required to prepare the teeth to accommodate crowns. Dr Theresia used my facial proportions to plan a whole mouth restoration for the best functional and aesthetic results. The benefits from the orthodontics were as important as the crowns for the best outcome. Thank you South Yarra Orthodontics! 🦷
