Dealt with the rudest receptionist Saturday 13th of September at 12:40 - after waiting on the line for 10 minutes, he was very mean and condescending. I was asking a simple question regarding my previous appointment as the doctor forgot to add on the prescription for how long should I use some creams - he was trying to get me another appointment which I did not need. j’ai toujours obtenue un rendez vous rapidement du à des douleurs, sur hot doc, j’ai consulté Dr luke qui a été très compréhensif de la douleur ressenti, ainsi que Dr Wanda Wysocka-Grabinska, un peu moins accueillante si je puis dire mais les deux m’ont bien soigné c’est ce qui compte j’ai envie de dire. je recommande donc plutôt cette clinique. les secrétaires sont aussi accueillante et disponible
I visited Dr Luigi Lucca to advise on a contagious illness. He gave me wrong advice, which, instead, caused me to contract the disease. I complained about the issue to the clinic, but have not received a response. I do not recommend this clinic, especially Dr Lucca.
On 28th August 2025, I contacted this clinic to obtain a Doctor’s certificate that I had previously left behind from my Dr. The staff member was rude citing policy that I dont even know, that I should have read all the 100 posters they have in the clinic with rules on everything and of which she dint read out to me, did not pull my file or ask for my details & understand what has happened. Unprofessional practice. Doctors aren’t interested in helping patients and are more focused on getting paid. Had to chase results without getting a follow up call and doctor didn’t even know what the call was about. Also didn’t even discuss results of a test I had done. I have just been disappointed with their services more than once. Don’t recommend this clinic as a health service provider
