My wife Hiranthi has been consulting Dr Hema John for many years now and she has found Dr Hema to be kind, caring and supportive. We have also never had to wait long at the reception to see her. We are very happy with the service provided.
We’ve been fortunate to work alongside this clinic on shared clients, and it’s clear how much they value quality care and communication. Their GPs are attentive, professional, and deeply committed to positive outcomes for their patients.
Dr Hema is literally the middleman between you and someone who can actually make a diagnosis. Avoid seeing her at all costs. Can’t make genuine decisions. Her actually quote on our last visit was ‘I don’t want to be accountable’, to my sick daughter. Dr Wanda is incredible. Would recommend to anyone I know. Both views are based on many visits, not one offs Ps. Receptionists are fantastic too
