Don't recommend. Slow moving, disorganised, non-bulk-billing, unwilling to transfer patient records to a different GP. Considering the out-of-pocket fees, this is definitely not a place to stick with as your regular practice
Awful dr Jing has zero communication skills, extremely hesitant and changes her mind quite often
New local to the area and had a great experience at this clinic. Highly recommend
Extremely disappointing experience. DR Jing Pan was rude, dismissive, and careless throughout the consultation. I felt rushed and that my concerns were absolutely not taken seriously. Her communication was poor, and the overall experience was very unprofessional. I would not return and would not recommend this doctor to others.
I paid $110 for a simple prescription, which was already overpriced. When I called the same day to request a medical certificate related to that very visit, I was told I would need to book another appointment and pay again. This is outright exploitation. This clinic does not treat patients as people — it treats them as wallets. The attitude and service here are disrespectful and deeply disappointing.
