Abismal customer service. Purchased a stove and the woman working there said she ordered the stove pipe needed to complete the install. I just needed to wait for them to come in. I waited two months calling once a week to check on status. Finally gave up and ordered on amazon, arrived in two days. Absolutely terrible customer service once she got my money. Go anywhere else for help, this place is useless.
We went back against my better judgement…We went in wanting to purchase a stove and have it installed. The lady was rude and couldn’t be bothered with us. Surely not wanting local business. I will not go back! We will go to Reno before giving this lady our local business.
