South y fireplace is the best at what they do and you can always count on them to be on time, neat and clean. They always do a great job on my pellet stove.
Dan, Colton, Daniel, Kristy and the crew are fantastic! They helped us get our new gas freestanding stove delivered and installed (Jøtel) under a bit of a time crunch with the late February storms and were so knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Daniel and Colton did the install and were timely, helpful and kept everything clean. I highly recommend this business and kudos to the new owners, Dan and Kristy, for a job well done!
From beginning to end our experience was the best! Everybody at South Y Fireplace is friendly, helpful and communicated with us throughout the process. It was a difficult installation but the whole team came together to make it work and we love our insert! Highly recommend this business!

Seriously cannot say enough good things about this crew. I worked directly with the owners, Dan and Kristy, and they were awesome—super easy to talk to, always called back, and kept me in the loop the whole time.
