Based on my experience thus far, I am satisfied with the overall operations of this company. The home buying process has been enhanced by the staff's courtesy and warm hospitality.
Bought my place in April have had NOTHING but a great experience. Neighbors have been pleasant and the staff at South Woods were GREAT from start to finish.
Purchased a new home April 2025. The management and staff at Southwoods was nothing short of amazing. They went above and beyond helping me with every aspect of buying the home. The community has been great and the neighbors welcomed me from the moment I moved in. Im looking forward to building many friendships and making memories in the home & community.
Current resident. Currently have no water. Have not had water since last night. Don’t have a number to call that a person will pick up. Only a messaging service that connects to a computer, that a person only sits at mon-fri, business hours, that I can text and wait for a text or call back. Again, no water since Friday, jan 30, 2026-currently. No answer or call back from management. I have 2 kids here. What should I do?
