This mobile home park manager needs better phone skills, very stand offish when he actually answered the phone, there advertising skills are lousy, listed one pic of a home not stating anything about park or the price of home that was pictured, no mention of park rent or amenities in the face book listing. I am now convinced this is not the place for us, hopefully they get better management soon. We have lived here for awhile now,and it used to be a nice,and affordable place to live. Ever since this corporation took over (GBH Properties) it has really gone downhill. When we first moved in,water, sewer,and trash were all included in the pad rent,now nothing is included. So now we're paying over $1,000 in rent for a trailer.. Not to mention,if u own your trailer,they will be on u to keep up with it l, meanwhile their rentals are falling apart.
