We have lived here for awhile now,and it used to be a nice,and affordable place to live. Ever since this corporation took over (GBH Properties) it has really gone downhill. When we first moved in,water, sewer,and trash were all included in the pad rent,now nothing is included. So now we're paying over $1,000 in rent for a trailer.. Not to mention,if u own your trailer,they will be on u to keep up with it l, meanwhile their rentals are falling apart. Chad, our Property Manager, took the time to send all a weather warning with possible steps to follow for safety. Stephanie, the Office Manager, is equally as considerate. Their hearts are truly in their jobs. I would not have tried to find a home within South Woods if I didn't feel these people would take care of us. They go above and beyond!
