Current resident. Currently have no water. Have not had water since last night. Don’t have a number to call that a person will pick up. Only a messaging service that connects to a computer, that a person only sits at mon-fri, business hours, that I can text and wait for a text or call back. Again, no water since Friday, jan 30, 2026-currently. No answer or call back from management. I have 2 kids here. What should I do?
This mobile home park manager needs better phone skills, very stand offish when he actually answered the phone, there advertising skills are lousy, listed one pic of a home not stating anything about park or the price of home that was pictured, no mention of park rent or amenities in the face book listing. I am now convinced this is not the place for us, hopefully they get better management soon. Great place !! My kids and their mom live here and I like it. It's off the regular roads so the kids can play all around. Nice place. Clean. Up kept
