I received a glasses prescription from Dr. Chibba and had the lenses made elsewhere. When the glasses didn’t work for my vision, I contacted the eye centre. I was told that unless the glasses were proven to match the prescription, I would be charged again. After verifying that the glasses were made exactly to the prescription, I followed up, but the clinic again emphasized I would be charged if there was an issue—without acknowledging the possibility of an error in the prescription itself. Recently got my first ever set of prescription sunglasses, Joceline was so helpful and even helped me navigate my blue cross coverage. I could recommend them till I run out of air and I will.

I waited over a week and travelled 50 minutes by bus for an appointment to adjust my lense prescription. First of all, the receptionists have a blunt undertone in the way they speak to clients, they require a mask yet don’t provide them, plus I showed up on time for my appointment and waited 45 minutes (would’ve been more if I didn’t walk out).
