My husband and I have enjoyed working with Dr. Chan. I specifically sought her out since I preferred seeing an asian doctor and she had great reviews. She's very thorough and diligent when it comes to my care, especially when communicating any risks and leaving the opportunity for questions. I've never had an issue with their receptionist staff in person or on the phone. They are always friendly and prompt. Wait times can be long, but I think thats normal for many medical offices.
Good desk staff, friendly. Good medical staff - nice to have pre-assessment to go in depth before the actual appointment to update your file before seeing doctor. Doctors take time and listen to all your concerns and questions. Sometimes the wait for your appointment can be over an hour, be prepared to wait just in case - some days are not that bad of a wait.
Dr. Chan is my OB and will forever be my OB until she retires. She delivered my two children. I felt safe and trusted her capable hands!!! She is an incredible physician and if I could give her 100 stars I would. The staff is so welcoming and patient. All Star team!
DONT SEE Angelina Chan She removed a cyst 8 years ago and ever since then I am in constant chronic pain with my leg. She says is not from her , of course they all say this cause they dont care, but I was perfectly healthy until that moment, right after the surgery.....now is 8 year later still so much pain and numbness. I am 100% sure that is from her as I just said I was perfectly ok before her intervention my whole life no legs pain + the cyst was on the right side so how come right leg is in pain while left is k as is nor... read more
