I stopped by the new clinic location to establish care for my dog and schedule her annual wellness visit for next April. My dog does not need care right now, and I can continue with my current veterinarian to keep her vaccinations up to date until then. I was told they are still trying to accommodate their current clients in their new location here in Manchester. The staff at SW Vet are always professional and polite. The most recent visit was exceptional. We had a scheduled appointment with one of the vet techs. We had just arrived when she came into the exam room and ushered Stuart away for his procedure. Two minutes later, Stuart was back...tail wagging and happy 😊 Their new facility is easy to locate, very clean and tidy. We definitely recommend SW Vet!
Drs. Schultz and Graham always examine my fur babies thoroughly. They have a lot of patience and always answer my questions in words you can understand. The staff and technicians are also very friendly and knowledgeable. They perform the services needed and don’t push to get unwanted services. If my fur babies really need a service I didn’t expect, thy explain why and maybe it can wait for awhile. It’s a very comfortable setting. I’ve always been pleased.
Very Sad to leave this review. We went for an annual visit with our cat. The first problem we noticed is that the doctor was there “helping”. The medical assistant then proceeded to use towels to cover our cat for assessment? While the doctor constantly asked if our cat was covered? Due to this our cat showed a behavior we never seen before in all his years getting his annual physical - hissing to both the doctor and assistant.
