I recently noticed an ad you were hiring for caregivers and CNAs yet the pay was “from” $13.50 an hour! You ought to be ashamed! That’s not a living wage, yet expected to take care of another individual or individual’s while you also suffer and can’t even afford basic necessities with that wage! You can make more by doing less at any fast food establishment! Your employees deserve better, let alone the clients! Stop trying to get yours from cheap labor! Pay for quality! Your reputation is more important!
Great place to work
I just started working here & I never experienced such a great work place..thankyou to the owners for giving me the opportunity to work here.. the administrative/nurse(Colleen), management(Kashida) & employees are very polite/caring .. I'm glad I came to be apart of the Southwinds Team!!!!!!
Good afternoon I have experienced a great time from working at this facility I have been here almost 6months and I enjoy the residents and also the staff. One of the best facilities I have worked at in a long time. Let's go South winds ☺️‼️
Great location in the downtown Kenosha area!!!! Southwinds offer delicious well prepared meals , but most importantly a caring and attentive staff. I would recommend this place to everyone!!!
