Southwind’s is truly a wonderful place. The location is absolutely beautiful—very peaceful, well-kept, and inviting, which makes it feel like home the moment you arrive. Colleen the RN/Administrator and All her great care staff are exceptional: compassionate, attentive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the their residents. I went to tour this facility with my Wife for my Aunt that needed more care than we could provide . Colleen was very knowledgeable in her field of practice and gave us some great advice. The building itself was very home like and clean We will be moving forward with this building being my Aunt new home.
I recently noticed an ad you were hiring for caregivers and CNAs yet the pay was “from” $13.50 an hour! You ought to be ashamed! That’s not a living wage, yet expected to take care of another individual or individual’s while you also suffer and can’t even afford basic necessities with that wage! You can make more by doing less at any fast food establishment! Your employees deserve better, let alone the clients! Stop trying to get yours from cheap labor! Pay for quality! Your reputation is more important!
