I have always found this surgery. Very helpful when I contact them via the online system. Nine times out of 10. I always get a call back one of the doctors rings me as I am being monitored on certain medications, I have always found them pleasant and caring although I find the female doctors to be better than the males. That is not a sexist. Comment It has just been my experience. Overall I find the practise very good
Place is bleady useless! Made me suffer over and over with something for 4 and a half years and keep shoving me off I still haven't got a diagnosis. They tell you your too young for everything or lie to your face saying you have a phone call then dont phone. A lot of the staff are useless and unhelpful some even rude I hope its re-taken over or shut down no one should have ti suffer like this. Disgusting place. Tried to call multiple times to get my partner an appointment due to him having every sign of bowel cancer possible and it running in his family only to be told a doctor may or may not call him back due to a new triage system. To then get a text telling him to book an in person appointment but the nearest one available is 5 weeks away!!! Currently taking the steps to report this awful place to the PSHO. I was extremely upset that after seeing a Dr today with my granddaughter ( autistic/adhd) I was told I had to make another appointment for a second issue that we needed to discuss and get help with(mental health and very worrying behaviours) she's 13 and having a difficult time. Then I was told I couldn't make an appointment in advance I had to ring at 8am but then your not guaranteed to be seen!! From the experience of my Mother who is disabled and 90 years of age - the Podiatry service is non-existent! She had an urgent referral from her GP which was ignored by the Podiatry Department who discharged her by letter without even examining her feet!!!!
