Dang, I got loudly yelled at by the security guard today. I guess I parked in the bank’s area; it wasn’t very obvious, but holy moly, that was not fun. No people, no cars, and I still had to move three spots over just to park for two minutes. I was actually planning on banking there, but yeah… not anymore.
Called on Wednesday asking about coming in for a small business loan. I was told I can come in at any point during business hours. I asked if I needed an appointment and was told no. There is no San Antonio location so I made the 2 hour drive and we took off work early. We were met with a security guard saying no one can help us because they went home early. OMG, the worse bank ever! I walked to the door and the security guard stops me and asks if I have an account. When I say no and I'm there for other business he says he can't let me in. Like he is literally sitting and blocking the door. I state I'm there to cash a check from a company that I just started working with and he says they won't cash it unless I have an account.
