Dr Sam Vo looked after me and I was happy with his care. I will return to see him again for my women's health related issues. Would recommend.
I was initially referred to a different gynecologist after receiving abnormal results from a pap smear. At the time, I preferred a female doctor, but due to the urgency of my situation, I ended up booking an appointment with Dr Samuel. I am so glad I did. Dr Sam Vo was my new doctor for my lady problems that flared up after Covid. During consultations, he gave me options and professional opinions for what was best for me. He looked after me before, during, and post surgery. He was kind and polite, provided excellent care, and was very professional. My experience was very bad. First, I asked Dr. Samuel Vo if I could book an appointment on Friday because I work Monday to Thursday. He said he wasn't working on Fridays. But when I went there on Friday, I was shocked to see him. Second, they still haven't updated me on my surgery appointment. I think it's because I asked about the cost. I met Dr Samuel Vo when I was referred to him for an operation on my cervix. He was very kind and helpful to me, and he was very professional throughout our meetings. Dr Vo is a highly skill doctor and his service is amazing. When I was having complications after my operation, I was able to reach out to him for help and advice.
