After waiting 7 weeks for an appointment to see Dr Artemi (shingles related) unfortunately I turned up 26 minutes late, due to the weather and parking, yes, not the best start to a clinical encounter. I was abruptly told by the receptionist that I was 26 minutes late and I would need to rebook (another 7 week wait?) I’ve been seeing Dr Aspres for the past couple of months and the experience has been consistently impressive. He’s thorough, professional, and takes the time to tailor his approach rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution. What stands out most is that he genuinely remembers the small details from previous appointments, which makes each visit feel considered rather than like starting from scratch. I had a great experience. Did the consultation, was thorough and took his time and explained everything. Did the biopsy and shaving in the same consultation which was refreshing compared to another dermalogist appointment I had had recently. Felt comfortable and safe and glad I found Dr Nicholas Aspres.
