I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I really regret visiting this clinic. Dr Nicholas was good. I had seen some negative reviews about this Dermatologist in Liverpool, but I decided to go as i thought its not true. The first visit was okay, but I immediately noticed the reception staff were extremely unprofessional laughing and gossiping about patients behind their backs. I've not had a good experience with this place. It's a shame because the Doctor is really lovely and knowledgeable. Both receptionists on two separate occasions have been rude, stuck up and truly lack compassion. I also made a phone call to express my concern of hair hair falling out rapidly whilst using the ointment I was prescribed and I needed to make a second urgent appointment. My doctor sent a referral 6 months ago for a suspicious looking spot. Just got an appointment then they changed it a week before confusing the day and date. Needless to say I missed my appointment. The receptionist was wonderful, not. I can offer you another appointment in March! You have to pay $100 as you missed your appointment yesterday.
I saw a male doctor who despite paying hundreds of dollars rushed through the appointment. Worst part was when done I had to sit there almost naked whilst he chatted with me. I am paying hundreds of dollars and I get you’re busy but the least you could do is get a young female in the presence of an older gentleman to get changed before having a conversation with them. Completely inappropriate behaviour from an older male doctor.
