I assumed all the negative reviews on the reception would have been from a long time ago, and surely corrected by now. Alas, just a few weeks I was met with the rudest, most condescending and insulting woman I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to. Absolutely insulting and appalling service. And just to try and make a booking. Avoid like the plague.
Have never even seen the doctor because trying to get past the absolute joker on reception is like getting blood from a stone. Get rid of her and you might well raise your reviews and customer experiences.
Very professional staff, polite and helpful. Dr Aspres was thorough and let me know what was being seen. I was informed of the fees at time of booking. I had to wait, but that is normal with any doctor so not unexpected. The most difficult thing was parking. Overall a very good visit with helpful and professional staff.
I went to Dr Aspres to seek treatment for extremely painful psoriasis. It was all over my face; very red, itchy, burning and stinging. I could not go to work due to the pain and discomfort and nothing was working. Dr Aspres prescribed a compound cream which helped immensely and also gave me a repeat script which I needed a few months later. I find him to always be very professional and polite, conducting a thorough assessment in order to prescribe the correct treatment.
