Poor communication and Rodney was rude, for just a front bumper they claimed 3.5K from my car insurance, wrong to abuse the system just because they are the only smash repairs in town, went to young for another repair due to the bad experience.

Excellent service kept up to date through the process & my car was returned like new.
Some months ago my foot got caught between the accelerator & brake pedals, & I crashed it . The car was damaged so badly, I thought it was a write off.. NRMA approved the repair, & yesterday Jo delivered it to my house, as new. Thank you to Rodney & Jo, a wonderful team, & I now have a new car once again.
