We had just started our lap around Aus and rang into trouble. We called and Jess talked us through possible scenarios and made sure they were open when we arrived. Tristan was able to work out the issue and was a pleasure to work with. Their prices are very reasonable and you know they are passionate their trade. Would highly recommend to anyone

Jess und Tristan who run this workshop are simply the nicest human beings. From the very first moment, they treated us with warmth, patience and genuine kindness. They went out of their way to help us and made a very stressful situation so much easier. We are unbelievably grateful and cannot recommend this mechanic highly enough.

Southwest Rocks Mobile Mechanics saved our holiday. Tristan diagnosed the issue quickly, ordered the parts straight away, and got us back on the road fast. Great communication, very reliable and trustworthy, and genuinely a good person. Highly recommend.

Best mechanic ever!!! Professional work and good explanation of what had to be done. While they fixed our Prado, Tristan took us to town and gave great recommendations about the best spots in South West Rocks. If you have a problem with your car this is the place to go to.

I cannot say ENOUGH about our experience with this business and we didn’t even get to set foot in the shop. We called in after having mechanical issues just outside of South West rocks and having to pull over our ford ranger towing a 2T caravan. Jess spent 20 minutes with us on the phone diagnosing the problem and talking us through the solution, for nothing in return. We were back on the road in no time ahead of our 6 hour journey back to Sydney. Jess single handedly saved us. Thankyou again!
