We have used South West Rocks Accom the last few years for our yearly holiday. The procedure to book has become just too drawn out. The kicker came when 2 weeks before arrival, they took a security deposit, didn't hold it in our account - but withdrew it. We got it back 2 weeks after departure. BUT imagine taking 100 x security deposits on average and holding other peoples money ($25000) in their accout for 6 weeks. It's a distasteful practice that should be outlawed. We won't be back.
