Excellent company from the office staff to the engineers. Just had Air Con installed and they could not have been quicker or more efficient. The engineers and electrician are top notch. All were very careful, covering up furniture, carpets etc. They were polite, answered all our questions and left the place tidy. Very happy with this company and have no reservations in recommending them. I will definitely use them again.
I've always found the company very reliable, and great at updating me about arrival times. I have a service contract with them and when I had a boiler leak, they came within a couple of hours of my phonecall. All engineers who've come to do my annual boiler service have been polite, pleasant and efficient. Today Andrei went above and beyond by also mending my water wasting toilet.
Never had cause to change from using this company to service my ageing boiler for many years. A lovely receptionist answers the phone and I have easily been able to speak to an engineer to help sort something rather than call them out. Can thoroughly recommend South West Plumbing of Torquay.
Andre was friendly and polite. Carried out 3 jobs for us, all of the work was completed well and areas were left clean and tidy. Andre made some recommendations to us for our own safety with the lead pipes. Highly recommended plumber. Thank you.
