We had an excellent experience with Jerome and the Southwest team. We had an estimate and installation for a new furnace and heat pump all within a few days. Immediately following the installation our electricity started going out intermittently. Jerome dispatched an electrician quickly who was able to ascertain the problem was somewhere between the telephone pole and our meter. Ultimately Seattle City Light discovered our meter had been improperly installed earlier last summer. All of this was taken care of within 24 hours.... read more
Did have them do service just did estimate. They were friendly and timely however there estimate was 4 times higher then the 5 other companys i contacted for a under ground leak detection.
So grateful for South West Plumbing. ABEL and Daniel arrived in a timely manner. They were both very personable and professional. Daniel answered my questions and finished the job in less time than quoted.
Jerome Pfitzner was very knowledgeable and knew his stuff. I know will be very comfortable in the house especially before the holidays! Thank you.
South west plumbing wanted to charge me 9k for the purchase and installation of a hot water heater. I called another company for a quote, same water heater and installation cost $2800.00 these guys suck. Also got a quote a few years back for fixing a Y connection on my sewer line they wanted 13k it took another company 2 hours and I think it was around 1800.00 to fix it. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enem
