Damien is a very knowledgeable Physiotherapist. His treatment was all hands on as opposed to just machines that I’ve experienced at other physiotherapy clinics. Damien also has a background is exercise physiology which was amazing because he was able to show me perfect exercises for rehabilitation for my injury. The clinic also has a little gym which was a big benefit for rehabilitation exercises. Definitely recommend and will go back
Best physio ever - fixed my neck and back issues and so glad I found this gem. Damien walked me through what was causing my issues and put together a plan to help manage it. Thanks to the wonderful team at south west physiotherapy!

Damien is an amazing physio- clear communication and spends a lot of time on manual therapy. Have seen massive improvement with chronic hip and instability issues. Would definitely recommend
