Order off of their website 4th of feb today is 17th of march still nothing. Emails don't get replied to. Don't answer their phone. WOULDNT BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. Luckily oaud via paypal so will get my money back. 1 star is way to much for them.
Very helpful staff. Explained product use and installation and helped me to my car. East to find and ample parking. Lovely people to deal with. Will definitely use again and recommend.
They sell what they don't have. I ordered knee braces (via Sports Braces) 2 weeks before my snowboarding trip with a promise of 4-5 business days. When they had not turned up 8 days later, I called them. 'Oh they're on back order...it's mentioned in your order.' If this were the case, they should have called me.
I had very good shopping experience with South West Mobility. I need to buy sturdy chair with arms and accompanying leg stool after my knee surgery to make myself comfortable while working from home. Rang constantly they don’t answer the phone. Went in with the tyre that has gone flat. Brought the scooter from Southwest Mobility. Cost to change the tube $46. Plus the cost of the tube is $28.00 Totally overpriced. Owner not a pleasant person. Will not go back at all.
