Bloody hell!! Wish I’d seen the reviews before I placed my order, however it seems to be the only place that stocks the shoes my mum needs. Order placed March 18th. Emailed twice in April. No reply. Two phone calls. One had automated welcome message then hung up. Currently I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes. This isn’t Centrelink or Medicare, so I’m not waiting any longer. Escalating to PayPal for a resolution. Not happy!!
BEWARE. Order placed 4th March, not arrived as at 21st March. No tracking data provided. Emailed and no reply. Used online contact form and no reply. Called 5 times across the course of 1 week, sitting on hold for up to 60 minutes with no answer. Have filed a dispute with credit card company. Edit 29/04/2026, now you call them, it gives a welcome message and then it just gives a dead dial tone. Out of business?
1 star – Avoid this company Placed an order with South West Mobility on 12 April 2026, with delivery promised within 72 hours. It has now been well beyond that timeframe and I have received no product and no update whatsoever. Buyer beware. Do not buy. I ordered a knee brace $113 through their web site ( sports braces) they took my money, no confirmation email, no contact. I called many times, no answers. Lodged a dispute through paypal, and received a refund. Would give no stars..
