Bought some tyres for mobility scooter 15th June which was a Friday. The site says that order is done on Friday and weekend get dispatched next day. Otherwise there was a 3 to 5 business day for processing and sending out for shipment. By the next Friday my order was still in processing. When I contacted them via email I got no response. to this day 12th july) my order is still in processing and I have contacted PayPal to get refund. Definitely do not recommend this place and wish I'd check these reviews before hand.
Order off of their website 4th of feb today is 17th of march still nothing. Emails don't get replied to. Don't answer their phone. WOULDNT BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. Luckily oaud via paypal so will get my money back. 1 star is way to much for them.
Very helpful staff. Explained product use and installation and helped me to my car. East to find and ample parking. Lovely people to deal with. Will definitely use again and recommend.
