I dread calling this clinic, because most of the receptionists have an abrupt and not very friendly tone, except for Charlotte who I've spoken to a couple of times, who is polite and friendly. Most of the receptionists question whether my family are regular patients here in a tone that suggests we're not very welcome, even though we're definitely quite regular now after living for more than two years in the region. I’m not a doctor person and rarely go unless I absolutely have to I’ve had bad experiences here before so reluctant to go However today I saw DR Gunn and seriously she was delightful and listened to my concerns and acted on them responsibly I couldn’t have been happier with her bubbly happy personality I just hope she stays for many years to come thank you so much for being attentive and caring xxx
New to the area and needed to get into a medical clinic asap. Called one close to my area but they couldn’t see new patients. So I contacted South West Medical Clinic and got great customer service and booked in early. Doctor was great in and out with no issues. 10/10
