Very misleading website. Leaves family thinking their loved ones will be cared for in their homes when it is a gutted program. Very little really available and a lot of recommendations cost money that is not covered under OHIP. Only for those who can afford it. Staff rushed but nice but their hands are tied. A major failure by our health care system.
