Just had a warranty job done by SW Isuzu service, excellent communication regarding the issue time frame for parts to arrive and speed when booking the car in for the repair. They gave us a loan car for the inspection booking and also picked us up and dropped us off when the prompt repair was done. Everyone was polite and friendly and willing to help. So glad the customer service has changed for the better. Very pleased !!
