The team at South West Ford have an exceptionally high level of custormer service. My Ford Tansit had a battery issue passing through the area and they went above and beyond to help me get back on the road asap and also followed through to help me with my warranty claim. Thanks again!!

Had decent dealings in the past, though one a few days ago was downright disgusting. They were to do a rego check, then lied to me claiming I needed both top and bottom joints down on my vehicle. They were done only three weeks ago. They outright lied to try to scam money with fake repairs. They need to be held accountable for their level of deceit. Don't trust this business one bit.
They retrieved my car and delivered it to the mechanic on time ,and with care
