Doctors seem ok - clerical/admin/front counter staff could not give a rats and everything is just too hard and someone else's job.
This feedback is for the RECEPTIONIST of Dr. David Taylor, KELLY. This happed April 2024 at the Cardiology clinic, Camden. I am a soft spoken person, polite and I believe in kindness. I asked Kelly about the payment and if I will be bulk billed next year, all she said was “I don’t know, I don’t know and keeps on saying I don’t know” in a loud irritated voice. I am just asking because I am expecting that I will be bulk billed next year. I just expect her to look at the past record of payments or she can get my contact number ... read more
