Sylvia the receptionist is the most nicest person you will come across. She goes above and beyond! So very helpful...professional...caring & compassionate.....she really helped me in a time of need unconditionally! I am truely thankful and grateful ...what an Angel she is ❤️
My mother rang to change something regarding her appointment, don’t think I’ve ever heard someone so rude just because someone is mistaken over something they obviously don’t quite understand. Do better, no wonder why our elders don’t go for help and feel the need to deal with health issues by themselves. I’m glad my mum hung up before I got the phone cause the lady that just spoke to her would have known what I would have had to say after speaking to my mother that way. The location, administration & most importantly the Medical team (especially Dr Henry Newman I've been to see me) are great! They can make you feel better just because you're theirs pacient. Very gentile people gave their professional values a plus. I just got like instant friends. Dr Henry Newman knows how to encourage a pacient to getting better in outstanding manier.
