I bought a Honda S2000 from Sean at southwest automotive. This was a distance sale as I live in Edinburgh and they are in Poole. I have to say that this was a very positive experience. Sean was fantastic. Easy communication and service. He even picked me up from Southampton airport and drove me to his showroom in Poole. Absolutely outstanding service! Distance sale on a Japanese Import. Southwest Automotive were absolutely excellent. Sean took the time to answer all questions regarding the car and the sales process. A refreshing experience for us. The car was personally driven 250 miles for delivery to my door. Great experience, picked up my new car today. I was looking for a car for a long time but couldn’t find anything decent for the price range I was looking at. Great service, car is immaculate, great price and everything was perfect. Highly recommend for your next car purchase the quality was outstanding!
Great experience buying my evoque from Sean at southwest automotive. No pressure sale and amazing after sales service when a couple of bits needed sorting Sean was great. He was explaining that he would like to expand into servicing and mechanical work in house and I would definitely use him again for purchase and a servicing in the future.
Purchased a BMW 1 series from South West automotive end of last year was very happy with the car itself, luckily Sean was very understanding when I had to report back saying the car wasn't running well and was idling horrible and going in limp mode alongside with drivetrain error. Unfortunately it was a emotional journey trying to get the car fixed as I wasn't happy with the local garage that was used how it was dealt in the situation.
