Peter and his colleague supplied and installed a 5kw Mitsubishi heat pump at my house, to serve the first floor master bedroom. The room is triple aspect and had been stiflingly hot in recent summers, but is now beautifully cool (my preferred environment) and the air seems fresher and less oppressive. The unit is very quiet in operation. Both guys from SWAT were punctual, efficient and polite. This is a fantastic company. Peter installed a split system in our two upstairs bedrooms, and it works beautifully. We no longer worry about heat waves! Also, Peter is extremely conscientious about any possible issues. Initially we used a wifi-based control for the system but since we live in Dartmoor, the connection wasn’t always reliable. Very professional, efficient and friendly too. Found a fault caused by animals chewing a cable, which to me is like trying to find a needle in a haystack! Cost was very reasonable considering it took some time to find the chewed up cable - thank you Pete!
