Peter and his colleague supplied and installed a 5kw Mitsubishi heat pump at my house, to serve the first floor master bedroom. The room is triple aspect and had been stiflingly hot in recent summers, but is now beautifully cool (my preferred environment) and the air seems fresher and less oppressive. The unit is very quiet in operation. Both guys from SWAT were punctual, efficient and polite.
