I don’t even know, y’all. I’ve been in this apartment for almost 3 years now. The positive things are that it’s the only place that will accommodate my 85 lb terrier, plus my neighbors are gems. The maintenance manager, Mike, is a delightful human being, and is one of two whole humans they have on staff to maintain 300+ properties. I see his plight; that’s where the positives end. I’ve been with Southwest properties for three years now and I have to say this is one of the best Landlords that I’ve ever had. First of all they respond to Maintenance requests within a couple of hours which is amazing because I’ve lived at various complexes and sometimes it takes 2 to 3 days before they Even respond. I absolutely love this company. I am not sure why people are so hateful...must have too much time on their hands. The maintenance is super responsive, Jeff the rental agent is a gem and Courtney has been a pleasure to work with.

I have tried on numerous occasions to contact someone to view at least three listings through this company. On the occasion that I got a response (sometimes days later) and scheduled a viewing, I would make so I was 5min from the property and then receive a text from the realtor/landlord saying that they weren't able to show me the property for any number of reasons that the man could have, and SHOULD have checked on long before I was on my way (ex. a tenants dog on property). I saw an ad for an apartment by S.W.P / M.P.H. The pictures looked great on the website, stating new kitchen remodeled, etc. I called and set up a viewing. I drove quite a ways to see it. After driving to it, the person showing the property got out their phone and was listing things that needed to be fixed. Mentioned a few appliances needed cleaning and a moldy tile in the bathroom. I was pretty disgusted when I walked in. The place was an absolute pigstye. Everything was covered in filth. Looked nothing like the pictures ... read more
