Gary visited promptly to give a quote. Great advice given on replacing an old tank with a combi boiler. Booked us in at his earliest convenience. Fab service and carried out to a real high standard. Clean tidy and tremendous finish particularly the exterior brickwork. Nathan is an absolute asset to your company Gary. See you next year for the annual service. Regards Ken and Tracy.

Used last year for a leak, and a service. Sorted quickly. Boiler had no power last week so I went to South Wales boiler care again as the service last year from Nathan was great. He came and sorted my boiler a few days ago and serviced it at the same time. Heating and water back on. Thanks Gary and Nathan. Professional and trustworthy and know what they are doing. These are my go to guys now for future maintenance.

Replied quickly to our question. Appointment booked at our convenience. Arrived exactly when promised. Engineer was polite courteous and safe. All in all would recommend every time.
