Very good service, very helpful staff. I always use them for BMW parts. After being ripped off by the local conning main dealers who had terrible customer service, and supplied me faulty new expensive parts and wouldn't Refund me. So I have always used South Wales Bmw since, and they're great.

Got my customer to take her BMW to this garage as was closer and easier, car had warning light on dash for DSC they diagnosed it to faulty steering angle sensor which meant them stripping down steering column etc and quoted £1300 or so. Got customer to bring back to me and had it looked at by my garage. Just needed the wheel alignment resetting £55. Looking at there reviews I would probably seek another garage rather than this one. Took over 3 months to sort out. Still ongoing issues withe the heating and oil leak.charg3d around 3 thousands. Showed my receipt to other garages very surprised as to why I have been charged so much. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Seems to spend to long taking things apart rather than fixing anything!
