Great service! They couldn't help me with my particular door/window, but walked me through getting the right part directly from the manufacturer. Definetly went above and beyond.
I had 2 very large windows in my house that were needed to be replaced. One window had a leak in the past and I wanted to fix them before rain season starts. We did some research and booked appointments with different companies. Paul represented South Valley windows and came to assess our windows in mid of November. I called to ask about a leak from a window in my home and the owner took his time to explain to me the proper action to take regarding the issue. What a nice company! He even told me what to buy!
