Last week I was struggling to use my crutches to get to physical therapy. This is my first injury that requires PT and I was feeling so discouraged & broken. 3 women or should I say angels came out of the South Valley Vascular office and asked if I needed assistance. I strongly advise against this location for military veterans. The staff, particularly the office manager Destiny, are incredibly unprofessional and seem to lack basic knowledge about their own processes and insurance procedures. Instead of providing the treatments I requested and had approved by my insurance, they insisted on offering only the treatments they preferred. I had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Araim, was referred to see him. Him and his intern treated me like I meant nothing, they acted like I was wasting his time. I admired him and Dr. Campbell thought I would get treated well but I was wrong.
