The worst title company I have worked with in 20 years of selling real estate. I am the seller's representative. Therefore in the world of real estate, I am the client of the title company we are using, as much as any seller or buyer. Diana and Megan prefer to delegate their responsibility to Realtors, as opposed to handling those details themselves.
